I automagically got into the DEN. Where is my login and password?

A separate email with your login and password was sent to your PAYPAL account’s email address. 

I do not want to use my PayPal account’s email address. How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address in your “DEN” user profile. http://freelancewritersden.com/dap/. 

Note that this will only change your email for logging into the Den. If you want to also change the email where you receive Den news, email the help desk at help@freelancewritersden.com.

How do I get to my “DEN” user profile?

Log in at http://freelancewritersden.com/dap/. This is your Den profile page. This is the place to change your login email and password.

What happens after I change my email address?

After updating your email address in your “DEN” user profile, the username in the email that was sent to your PAYPAL account’s email address will no longer work. Please contact the troubleshooter if you decide to change your email address so that we can ensure proper access to all of your Den materials.

What happens after I change my password?

After updating your password in your “DEN” profile, the password in the email that was sent to your PAYPAL account’s email address will no longer work. If you run into any access issues after changing your password, please contact the troubleshooter.

Why do I have more than one user profile?

The DEN has many features (e.g., private chat forums, public writer-for-hire profiles). Each feature allows you to create unique preferences.

For example, the FORUM profile includes an auto signature that can be setup for automatically signing your posts. Spend some time setting up your profiles to create your personal experience.
